Just a little upset... I personally drove from Myrtle Beach, SC over 15 hours to come drop off donations for the Harvey victims... I came in to ask about having a trailer tire swapped because one is now bald and I'm trying to head back home before Irma hits us.. She said they didn't have time which I understand.. but then I asked if I could change it myself in the parking lot but i couldn't because of liability.. come on.. where's the support??

Sat at the store from 10:00 am until 11:30 with only one person in front of me before they ever grabbed my car to change the tire. The boss finally came out and helped at about 11:36 am because only one guy working it seemed and they close at noon. Good customer service slow as a snail though.
They go above and beyond to make sure a great job is completed! Very satisfied customer!
