I scheduled an appointment for my children went into the office to complete paperwork and provide all information requested. The day of the appointment we had a family emergency out of town. When I finally was able to contact them to reschedule appointment I was told they were refusing service for my children because we didn't show up. I immediately apologized and explained about our emergency
