in march of 2016 joe tupper was the real estate agent for the property i wanted to purchase at 2031 sarver lane jennings,la. i met with joe tupper on the property at least two times. the description he gave me of the property was false. the property was owned by buddy sarver and his daughter. i purchased the property believing what joe tupper told me about the property was true. the front of the property has a right of way which tupper explained was part of the property and would be maintained by me the owner. well that was a lie. in nov 2016 i found out that the right of way which includes the road sarver lane was purchased from buddy sarver by steven and frank guillot. and now the front 30 ft deep by 153 ft wide is owned by someone other than me. the owner guillot refuses to maintain the property. so now i have 3ft high grass in my front property along the private road sarver lane. so i got screwed by sarver and tupper. also there are three other families on this lane who were told the same thing about the frontal property. they owned it and would be responsible for the upkeep. well ha ha that is a lie. buddy sarver owned it the entire time and was telling the buyers that their property included the right of way and it was their responsiblity to maintain it. joe tupper i suggest when you sell property in the future you damn sure find out the true descriptions of the property before you open your mouth and spew lies. also i have reported you to the real estate board of louisiana. you need to be held responsible for the things you say. i will deter anyone i find out from doing business with tupper or anyone asscociated with tupco realty. you screwed your last customer tupper!! thats a promise! james huckaby
